Bangers and Mash services are provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service, including without limitation the results obtained through the service. Specifically, Third Floor Design disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services; and 2) any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges that Third Floor Design is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer.

Shipping

Delivery options are as follows:

  • British Columbia: 3 to 5 days (Free)
  • Canada: 5 to 10 days (Free)
  • United States: 5 to 14 days ($5)
  • International: 7 to 21 days ($10)

Express shipping can be requested for Canadian and US orders for an additional charge of $5. Delivery times are approximately half the delivery times listed above.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date with the following exceptions:

  • No returns and exchanges on sale items
  • No returns and exchanges on any bottom undergarments for hygienic reasons. If you are unsure if your item falls under this category, please email (cockadoodle@bangersandmashgear.com) us.

Return Procedure

To return or exchange please use the following procedure:

  • Step 1
    Check that the order is still within 30 days from the shipped date. If it has passed 30 days, the items are no longer returnable or exchangeable.
     
  • Step 2
    Email cockadoodle@bangersandmashgear.com to confirm your return/exchange before shipping out.
     
  • Step 3
    A Return Label will have been included in your original package. Package the item securely and attach the Return Label to the outside and return by insured mail. Be prepared to pay for return postage to ship your return/exchange merchandise. Shipping and postage charges are nonrefundable. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request.
     
  • Step 4
    We will call or email you back to confirm the received return/exchange with information on when to expect your exchange item and/or when to expect your refunded credit.

Taxes

For Canadian orders: The appropriate taxes of the province or territory that orders are being shipped to will be applied.
For US and international orders: No taxes will be applied on US or international orders.

Availability of Stock

If the item you wish to order is currently unavailable please email (cockadoodle@bangersandmashgear.com) and we will notify you with the soonest availability and restock date.

All items are posted with details on material and measurements. If you have concerns or questions in regards to the products please email (cockadoodle@bangersandmashgear.com) us prior to completing your order.
